How The Project Storyboards Can Put Energy In The Effort?

Before one can launch the Lean Six Sigma they should always communicate the few very important points. Why the program is necessary and how can it be beneficial are few points that one must understand and the employees too should. If not the employees will fail I understanding the same leading to confused form of work. Even if the program has gained a good start, the lack of the communication for the same destroys the employee’s notion of the program. A company wide communication about the Lean Sigma can be very beneficial both for the company as well as the employees. An experiment of the same was done.

The Logistics Of Story Board Display:
The very first step by the lean sigma team is to ascertain that what the projects that needs to be displayed are. Half of the projects that were completed were supposed to be facing the customers. 
Also they were supposedly the moderate to the high impact projects. The rule of 5S that states sort, straighten, shine, standardize and sustain were applied by each and every leader form every department.

Then the story boards that managed to get selected were sent to the local signage companies. There they were basically printed after being enlarged and that too on a foam-core board of poster. The company’s both buildings were then owning these placed on the tripods.

How they were noticed by the employees?
One can say that immediately. Humans are curios and in this case scenario they made it a point to gather around the boards in groups and that too for days, to know that what was happening. 
They grouped there to learn about the whereabouts and the processes that one needs to follow. They learnt in a group and learnt well. The participation of the project leaders were also important they managed to explain these where they felt was necessary. 

Many requested the training so that they can implement the same in the projects. Many realized the actual process and the results.

The Positive Reception:
The employees only didn’t take interest in it but the managers too started doing this. They found the hidden secret for success with the Lean Six Sigma. A word spread among everyone that they all could use this particular process to be successful faster. 

The potential projects started to develop overtime as people were busy proving their interest. Another successful event that needs a mention is the leadership that was seen developing in the young executives. 

Also when the story boards were made to be arranged in the meeting rooms, everyone came to see the same and the overwhelming response was something that couldn’t be left without appreciation.

Maintenance of energized deployment:
The storyboards which are very much associated with the projects that are recently completed will get a place on the entire facility. Also there has been some plans that has risen so that shuffling of the older projects were done and then they would also find a place on the story board.

This is exactly how efficient these storyboards are.
